DRIVING DIRECTIONS

 

From I-275:   Take the 5th Avenue North exit and turn east, toward downtown.  Turn left (north) at M.L. King Jr. Street North. Proceed to 9th Avenue North and turn left.  The office will be on your right at 11th Street, across from St. Anthony's Hospital.  Parking is available on the street.
